In this tutorial I will be teaching you how to fold an adorable Origami F-16! This model isn't as hard to fold as it looks, so don't be put off by its intricate shape. Despite the sad fact that this particular plane didn't fly well, it didn't make any impression. Jet Fighter Origami

My printer paper is a standard 8.5" x 11". Fold it in half lengthwise or hot dog style as some call it and stretch it out.

Flip the top right corner down as shown in the image above and open it. Repeat in the upper left corner, then open the fold.

There should be a point where the center and diagonal fold meet together. Fold the paper down so that the new fold line passes through this point as well. Then unfold again.

Try to keep the folds straight. It doesn't have to be a quarter of an inch, but that's a close estimate.

Again, not exactly. Just make it straight and wider than the top edge, folding in the last step.

Falcon Origami Fighter Jet

This step may sound complicated if you haven't done it before, but it is very simple. The steps are shown in the image above. If you really can't get it, watch the video at the top of the page. It will be easier to track him there.

Move both wings to the left to start. Then fold the right edge down to the center fold as shown in the second picture.

Take the first wing from the left side and fold its edge down along the central fold like the tail in the previous step. Then fold both wings to the right.

Create a left tail as shown in Step 7, then create a wing in the manner described in Step 8. When you're ready, fold both wings over to the right.

Take the upper wing and pull it out as shown in the image. The angle under the wing and the side of the aircraft must form a right angle. Then bend the left tail outward as shown.

Fold the edges of the paper down as shown in the first picture. Then fold the thread on the bottom edge of the tail down as far as it will go. When finished, fold both wings over to the left.

Repeat steps 10 and 11 on the right side of the plane. Make sure the wings fold to the same shape and size. When done, open the wings so that there is one wing on each side.

Fold the whole main body inward. It can be hard to imagine, so if the photo above doesn't suit you, I highly recommend watching the video. When you complete this step, make sure your folds are strong.

How To Fold An Origami F 15 Paper Airplane

From the inside, fold the same piece of paper only in the opposite direction. This should be the same difficulty as the last step.

In the first photo, I drew two pencil marks: one below the cockpit and the other half at the rear of the fuselage. Grab only the upper wing and tail, and fold it along the imaginary line between the two points. This should be a strong fold. Flip it over and make sure that both sides are folded roughly symmetrically. Symmetry is key when creating a kite.

Gently bend both wings until they are at a 90-degree angle to the fuselage. For a better ride, they should curve up and down a bit. Then pull both wings apart to give the plane a more realistic look. It should look like the last image when you are done with this step.

Fold the tips of the wings into small winglets. This makes your plane fly a lot and looks amazing!

Ways To Make An Origami Airplane

This is always the best part about making a kite. It's really hard to get this plane to fly well. When finished, the level should be exactly the same on both halves. Both wings and tail parts should be identical in size and shape. Also take a look at the warhead. If you can see that one wing or one side of the tail is bent slightly relative to the other side, adjust its position. All tail fins and wing fins should be perfectly perpendicular to the ground. When thrown through the plane, it is as hard and fast as an arrow: it is so small that it flies like an arrow. Enjoy again!
