The Naco Pass Mobility Hub project, formerly known as the Northeast Mobility Center by VIA Metro, was first reported to VBX in 2020. September 11 in the article.

VIA Metro will build its Interstate 10 park and pool on land purchased by the Alamo College District near the Kendall County line. The lot plan will allow commuters in the Boerne and northwest Bexar County area to park with a motorcoach or van. Thorpe said there are currently no plans to provide bus service to the facility, but the layout will include bus loop infrastructure that will be needed in time.
