I can use my 15 round magazine already installed at home so I don't waste time reloading. Most importantly, this gun is very accurate at 7 yards. I can put 15 shots into a 3 inch circle, plus after 100 rounds without arm fatigue. I purchased a Glock G 27 Gen 3.

Lightweight, easy to hide. I highly recommend the little finger mag extender, as my fingers were tired after the fourth round magazine. Maybe less fatigue on gen 4 v/+4 grip, which is my next use.
As a retired LEO I own several rifles (mostly Glocks). This is my favorite concealed carry gun of all time. The .40 caliber did the job and the gun fired without any damage. I have shot both SMJ and Hall points on it with no problems. At the range, this little pistol outperforms the more expensive Kimber 1911 .45. By this I mean my Kimber has a food craving problem. The hand guard is too close to the hand strike to accidentally bump your thumb against it. These problems cause inefficiencies in the live fire firing sequence. However, my Glock 27 has never stopped or missed in a fire. I can always shoot while other people are busy solving their problems with other weapons. I trusted this gun with my life! This is something I can't say about many other rifles!

I bought a GLOCK 27 for off duty carry. Since it's a small 40 cal gun, the recoil is very noticeable. With practice and repetition, relapse can be controlled. I installed a small SIG Romeo RDS in my G27 and found it much easier to re-aim after each shot. From my personal experience with this gun, I would recommend this build if you have issues with recoil management (buying for the purpose of recoil). For me, this gun is suitable for close combat (self defense situations) with just a point and shoot, but if I have a short distance between me and the target, a red dot for hitting targets in stressful situations. . Other than that, it's a nice gun.
